Sheriff Raleigh Isaacs has announced the recipients of the 2014 Virginia Sheriff’s Institute Scholarship for Suffolk: Joshua M. Shaffer (Liberty University), Joshua A. Darden (Radford University), Alexis K. Arrington (Virginia State University), and Andrew R. Shaffer (Liberty University). The VSI Scholarship Program was established to provide an opportunity for young people across Virginia to pursue an educational curriculum in law enforcement or criminal justice while attending a Virginia college or university.
