Sheriff Leonard to host heroin town hall discussion

On September 29 the Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office is hosting an open and honest panel discussion and opportunity for citizens to ask questions on heroin in our lives, how it begins, what addiction looks like, what it does, and steps to cope with it.
