Select Chesterfield inmates celebrate Thanksgiving with family

The Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office randomly selects non-violent inmates to participate in special holiday family visits throughout the year. These visits help to strengthen the family of those incarcerated and helps when the individual is released back into the community. Seven inmates and eighteen family members recently participated in the annual Thanksgiving Day visit.


Chesterfield deputies shop with local children for Christmas

Chesterfield deputies and police officers participated in the Chesterfield Fraternal Order of Police ‘Christmas with a Cop’ event with 40 deserving children on December 5 at a local Walmart Supercenter.
