Fauquier County Sheriff’s Office hosts inaugural awards

On January 9 – National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day – the Fauquier County Sheriff’s Office recognized more than three dozen staff members and civilians in an inaugural awards ceremony and luncheon at Stoneridge Events Center in Warrenton. Sheriff Mosier offered brief remarks, noting the honor he has felt since taking on the position just over a year ago. He shared that he met with each member of the sheriff’s office to ask them what he could do to improve things within the organization. The top response was to receive more recognition, and this inaugural awards ceremony was a wonderful step in that direction. Thank you, Sheriff Mosier, and to all of your staff, for continuing to provide outstanding service. Click HERE to read about the award recipients.
