Sheriff Karl Leonard and members of the Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office recently plunged into Virginia Beach’s waters for the 25th anniversary of the Special Olympics Virginia ‘Polar Plunge.’ The Chesterfield team raised over $5,000 towards this year’s event, which has raised over $1 million to date.
