Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office holds its first female Heroin Addiction Recovery Program graduation

The Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office held its first HARPETTES (Female Heroin Addiction Recovery Program) graduation. The ceremony was very emotional for the six graduates, their families, peers and others in attendance. The graduates completed the six-month program as a means to help overcome their heroin or opiate addiction. Although they have completed the program, they will remain members of the HARPETTES as a means of support for themselves and the others still battling addiction.
