Sheriff Letterman awards VSI scholarship

Appomattox County Sheriff Barry Letterman presented Carrie Franklin with a $1,000 Virginia Sheriffs’ Institute scholarship. She is a graduate of Appomattox County High School, will be attending Radford University in the in the fall and plans on pursuing a degree in criminal justice.
