Chesterfield welcomes 12 new deputies

The Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office recently held a graduation ceremony for members of its 30th Basic Academy. These 12 deputies will now join this premier organization of 300 men and women to begin their careers at the Chesterfield County Jail, which sees an average of 14,000 inmates every year. Their experience, teamwork, diversity and eagerness to serve the citizens of Chesterfield County will be readily seen in the daily performance of their duties. Congratulations to these men and women who are now a part of the law enforcement family.
