Franklin deputies, K9s complete national working dog training course

Three Franklin County K9 officers recently completed the National Police Working Dog Association Certified Training Course. Master Trainer Shelly Gutierrez awarded certificates to Deputy Tim Burton (with K9 Rex), Deputy Justin Crawford (with K9 Remi) and Deputy Robert Haynes (with K9 Titan). Congratulations to these fine deputies and their K9 partners.
