Arlington County inmates complete food certification program

The ServSafe Food Certification program is nationally recognized and has been an incentive for inmates to build their culinary skills while incarcerated. To celebrate the inmates’ accomplishments, Sheriff Arthur presented the certificates to the graduates, congratulating them on a job well done. The inmates will now be able to use this certified training certificate as a means to obtain employment in the food and restaurant industry after their release.
