January 23rd, Lt. Terry Dameron and Deputy Ryan King stopped in to have lunch with a Ferrum Elementary 3rd grade class. Our officers are in and out of our schools several times during the daily sessions and we love interacting with the students. Thanks to Ferrum Elementary for inviting us for lunch.

Friday, February 2nd, The Office of the Sheriff participated in the Ferrum College Human Resources Career Fair. Along with many other agencies, our office interacted with students who may be interested in a law enforcement career. Captain Justin Sigmon and Corporal Megan Patterson were on hand with applications, pamphlets and gifts for all that stopped by our table. We enjoyed our conversations with each of you.
