Sheriff Bill Overton announced the Virginia Sheriff’s Institute Scholarship recipients for Franklin County. The Virginia Sheriffs’ Scholarship program was established to provide an opportunity for young people across Virginia to pursue an education in criminal justice. These students met or exceeded all the requirements set forth by VSI. Congratulations to all three of these fantastic young adults.
