Hampton Sheriff’s Office Awards Scholarships

The Hampton Sheriff’s Office recently awarded the 2018 Virginia Sheriff’s Institute Scholarship to three students for the 2018-19 school year. The scholarship program provides an opportunity for students to pursue an educational curriculum in Criminal Justice while attending a Virginia college or university. The students are all exemplary in the classroom and are involved in numerous extra-curricular activities at their schools and in their communities. Each student received a $1,000 scholarship. Justin Wright just completed his sophomore year at Hampton University. Jadyn Wright
will attend Hampton University and Emoya Lewis will attend Mary Baldwin University.
