Free Training – “Emotional Survival for Law Enforcement”

Please join the Thomas Jefferson Area Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) for a free training entitled, “Emotional Survival for Law Enforcement,” presented by Dr. Kevin Gilmartin, on Friday, October 26, 2018 at Piedmont Virginia Community College, Dickinson Building, 501 College Road, Charlottesville, VA.

This four hour training will be presented twice the day of the event – the first from 8:00am-12:00pm and the second from 1:00pm-5:00pm.

Registration is free but first come, first served – there are only 500 seats available for this training. Registration may be found here.  Please register early to ensure your spot!

Additionally, the first 100 registrants will receive a free copy of Dr. Gilmartin’s book, “Emotional Survival for Law Enforcement.”

PARKING:  FREE!

Please park in parking lot next to Dickinson Building

FOOD/LUNCH:

  • Coffee and Water available on site
  • Food Catering Trucks on Site (11:30 to 1:30)  planning for Mission BBQ,  Chick-fil-A to attend
