On May 18, 2019, the two suspects pictured below, are believed to have been involved in a credit card fraud that occurred at two businesses in the 7000 block of Bell Creek Road. The victim’s wallet was stolen from his vehicle while visiting a park in the metro Richmond area. 

Shortly after the theft, the victim’s credit card was used at a business on Bell Creek Road where the suspect(s) spent over $6,000. The suspect(s) then spent another $620 at a separate business, also on Bell Creek Road.
