Virginia Sheriffs’ Association Acknowledges Sacrifice of Wythe County Deputy Sheriffs

Richmond, VA – The Virginia Sheriffs’ Association wishes to acknowledge the sacrifice of Wythe County Deputy Sheriffs, Sgt. Chris Coleman and Chief Deputy Charles Foster, who were both shot answering a domestic call last night.

Thanks to the training, equipment and an armored vehicle used by the Wythe County Sheriff’s Office, the incident was brought to a conclusion.
