Franklin County Girl Scout Troop Cookie Donation

On Monday, April 26th, Troop 8456 donated cookies to the Sheriff’s Office as an appreciation gift! 9-year-old Bella Bradley, and her brother, 6-year-old Gabe Bradley, dropped off the cookies and got this awesome picture with Lieutenant Hylton. Thank you, Troop 8456!

Franklin County We Care ATV Ride Raises Around $1700

Last Saturday’s We Care ATV Ride off the Blue Ridge Parkway raised nearly $1700.  75 units participated in the ride which saw 2 folks drive down from Richmond to attend.

Harry Clingenpeel, Event Organizer said, “This event grows each year. Weather was a little cool and damp, but that didn’t hinder everyone from having a great time. We thank all those who came, rode and donated to this worthy cause.”

The Franklin Sheriff’s Office echoes these comments and thanks you, Mr. Clingenpeel, for all your work making this event a success each year.
