Congratulations to Senior Deputy M. Moore on completing the challenging Chesapeake Bay Police Motorcycle Instructorship. She is the City of Chesapeake’s first female police motor instructor. The 120-hour course includes both instructor training and an apprenticeship, preparing participants to effectively teach police motorcycle operations. Over the course of three weeks, Senior Deputy Moore was put to the test, developing her own course and lesson plans while undergoing multiple evaluations.
