The VALE Foundation continued its mission of honoring Virginia’s fallen law enforcement heroes and supporting their families during its 2026 Law Enforcement Appreciation Day at Green Top in Ashland, VA.
The Richmond City Sheriff’s Office (RCSO) displayed a resource table with career information and much more. Many participants took their opportunity to dunk Sheriff Dr. Antionette V. Irving in the Dunk-A-Cop contest to raise money for Virginia students actively enrolled in criminal justice/law enforcement related programs.
The VALE Foundation’s work reflects a broader commitment shared by organizations nationwide: remembering fallen heroes, uplifting their families, and strengthening appreciation for those who continue to serve.
