The 31st Basic Academy Recruit class held a mac and cheese donation drive this month for the Chesterfield Food Bank. The recruits received donations from the community as well as from Wegman’s Supermarket that were presented to the Chesterfield Food Bank. Senator Amanda Chase also made an appearance and posed for pictures with our volunteers who assisted with distribution of food to those in need. Our recruits even had an opportunity to put their motorist assistance training to practical use during the event.
