The Virginia Crime Stoppers Association, Inc. (VCSA) annual Training Symposium will center on classes designed to prevent crime and violence in schools through the use of anonymous tips. Virginia Code § 22.1-280.2. School crime line defined; will be examined by current Crime Stoppers LEO’s and program educator/sponsors who will present success stories and methods on how to set up, manage, and operate Crime Stoppers (Crime Line; Crime Solvers) programs in a school environment. New technology using anonymous apps, on-line reporting, and confidential telephone lines will also be highlighted.
