On May 19th sheriffs, deputies, and anglers from across the Commonwealth launched from the docks for a successful day on Chickahominy Lake to participate in the 2022 VSA Bass Fishing Tournament. It was a great day on the water for the 34 participants on 17 boats.
Results: 1st Place from New Kent County-Peter Mendoza and Scott Carnell, 12.24lbs, Peter w/big bass, 4.64lbs. 2nd Place from Spotsylvania County-Nick Covington and Lucas Spillman, 12.16lbs. 3rd Place from Spotsylvania County- Sam Cielakie and Branon Handy, 11.43lbs.
