VSA Condolences on loss of retired Lieutenant Colonel Stephen “Steve” Salmon

The Virginia Sheriffs’ Association expresses its deepest condolences to the Danville community and to the family of retired Danville Sheriff’s Office Lieutenant Colonel Steve Salmon. Lt. Col. Salmon dedicated 43 years in service to the Danville Sheriff’s Office and retired three years ago. He passed away suddenly on Friday, September 8, 2023, while on a trip in West Virginia.
