On behalf of Sheriff K. E. Bowden and the entire Hampton Sheriff’s Office, we would like to express our sincerest sympathy and condolences to the family on the passing of our beloved brother. Deputy Bell joined the Hampton Sheriff’s Office in 2022 and was assigned to the Court Services Division and later, the Transportation Unit. Deputy Bell was dedicated to the service of others and volunteered himself as a Project Lifesaver Search and Rescue Technician. His kind heart and endearing spirit will be missed be each of us at the Hampton Sheriff’s Office.
